Community Engagement

On account of human emissions till date, some of the impacts of climate change are now inevitable. Unfortunately, this impact is primarily going to impact the lowest income communities in the world. These are the very people who have had the lowest carbon footprint. These communities are having to bear the consequences of our emissions without having caused any damage. As a result, it is imperative that in the process of fighting climate change we are creating coping mechanisms in these communities. At SafEarth, we have started out on that journey today in the following manner:

Sports

SafEarth is today helping nearly 100 underprivileged children get access to quality football coaching. These children are being trained by professional footballers and in world class quality infrastructure. Along with the sport, they are also learning a number of life lessons and skills. The aim is to create a framework for these children to excel in a sport of their choice and create better opportunities for themselves in the future.

Health and Nutrition

Along with playing, these children are also being provided access to better nutrition and healthcare. SafEarth bears the responsibility of providing them the nutrition that they need to be able to train properly. Additionally, we organise annual health camps for these children and their families in order to ensure a safe and healthy life
